HOUSE OF DANK RETURNS TO ARTS, BEATS & EATS FOR FIFTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR WITH EXPANDED “HEAD IN THE CLOUDS” EXPERIENCE
H.O.D. brings cannabis, culture, live entertainment and immersive experiences to Royal Oak throughout Labor Day Weekend
ROYAL OAK, Mich. — September 2, 2026 — House of Dank (H.O.D.), one of Michigan’s leading cannabis retailers, will return to Arts, Beats & Eats September 4–7, 2026, marking the company’s fifth consecutive year as a main sponsor of the annual Royal Oak festival.
This year, House of Dank will bring back its Head in the Clouds experience, transforming its festival presence into two distinct destinations: DankLand, an immersive entertainment and brand experience, and DankWay, a dedicated 21+ cannabis sales and consumption area.
“Arts, Beats & Eats has become one of the biggest weekends of the year for House of Dank,” said a House of Dank spokesperson. “Head in the Clouds is about creating an experience that goes beyond cannabis. We want people to discover new brands, catch live entertainment, interact with our partners and experience the culture and community that have always been at the heart of H.O.D.”
DANKLAND: AN IMMERSIVE H.O.D. EXPERIENCE
Located at 6th and Center Street, DankLand will serve as H.O.D.’s entertainment and experiential hub throughout the festival.
Guests can expect an immersive environment featuring exclusive merchandise, interactive brand activations, photo opportunities, lounge areas and live entertainment throughout the weekend.
The H.O.D. Stage will feature a rotating lineup of DJs, dancers and specialty performers, including DJ Chrome, DJ Matt Swiftney, DJ Twizt, DJ Jarbo, DJ D-Tiz, Motown Roller Club, Motor City Street Dance Academy, fire dancers, LED dancers, stilt walkers, flow artists, Cyra Wheel performers and more.
Performances will take place throughout all four days of the festival.
DANKWAY: CANNABIS SALES & CONSUMPTION
For the third consecutive year, House of Dank will also bring DankWay to Arts, Beats & Eats.
Located on 7th Street between Washington and Center, DankWay is a dedicated 21+ cannabis space where eligible festival guests can explore and purchase products from participating cannabis brands before visiting the nearby designated consumption area.
Guests will be able to connect with knowledgeable industry representatives and explore a variety of cannabis products, including flower, pre-rolls, vaporizers, concentrates and edibles.
A valid ID is required for entry into DankWay, and guests must be 21 or older.
Together, DankLand and DankWay create one of H.O.D.’s largest experiential activations of the year, combining cannabis, entertainment, brands and community within one of Michigan’s largest festivals.
