Yes. All of our locations have ATMs. Please note that there is a fee associated with using them.

You are required to have your physical ID present and available upon delivery for verification

All IDs must be valid and not expired. If you have a temporary ID, you must have your old physical ID present as well as your printed temporary ID.

Deliveries can only be made to residential addresses within 20 miles by road from the store location. No Hotels or businesses.

You will receive a text message from “Onfleet” asking you to “Opt-In.”
You will receive another text message with a tracking link once the delivery is on the way to your destination.

All tips must be made in the form of cash

We do not accept any phone, text, email, or other form of order communication. All orders must be placed through one of our online partners.

No. The customer that the order was placed through MUST be the one receiving the order.

Unfortunately, you will have to re-order. Due to state regulations, delivery drivers are not able to go back to a delivery location once the order has been missed.

Deliveries can take anywhere from 1-3 hours from the time you place the order. This depends on delivery volume, driver availability, and other factors (such as traffic and weather).

Only friendly animals are permitted on the premises of any of our facilities.

No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises of any of our facilities.

Cell phone use is permitted – and encouraged! – in our lobby.

Cell phone use of any kind is NOT permitted in the showroom.

Yes, as long as they are 21 years of age or older with a valid government issued ID.

Per Michigan rules, you may possess up to 2.5 oz of cannabis product on your person in public, including in your vehicle.

Michigan regulations on Cannabis products have multiple taxes, some of which are based on the cost of the product and must be paid by the consumer and listed on the receipt. Customers are responsible for paying the sales tax on all purchases when using loyalty points. Regulations also prevent us from offering any free cannabis products.

House of Dank Clubhouse Rewards Program is open to US residents 21+ with a House of Dank account who have registered for the program and who order from participating House of Dank locations only. Point redemption valid in-stores or for curbside orders from participating House of Dank locations. You must opt-in to receive text messages to start collecting points.

You MUST opt-in to receive text messages from House of Dank to join the loyalty program. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent in our stores. You can then redeem these points for cash value off of House of Dank products in-store or curbside! Points are not applicable on delivery.

You can enroll in House of Dank’s Clubhouse Rewards in a few easy ways:

1. Online – Go to shophod.com, click on the “Loyalty” tab, then “Join Now.”
   Fill out the form, submit your info, and when you receive a text asking to opt in, reply “Y” or “YES” to confirm.
2. In-Store or Events – Scan the QR code posted in-store or at H.O.D. events.
3. House of Dank App – Download the House of Dank Michigan app, go to the “Profile” tab, and toggle on “Texts.”
4. Ask a Budtender – Just let your budtender know you want to join, and they’ll sign you up at checkout.

Note: You must provide your phone number and email and opt in to receive text messages to complete enrollment. 

You can check your points balance in two ways:

1. Website – Go to shophod.com, click “Loyalty,” then “Log In” to access your wallet.
2. H.O.D. Michigan App – Open the app, log in (or create an account), and view your points right from your profile.

Reminder: Points are not equal to dollars. 100 points = $3 in rewards.

How to Redeem Your Points

• Points can be redeemed in-store or curbside at checkout.
• Just ask your budtender to check your balance and let them know how many points you’d like to use.
• Have your phone with you — you’ll get a text with a PIN code to confirm the redemption.

Important Notes:

• Points do not apply to tax and can’t be used for delivery orders.
• You must spend at least $20 before tax to redeem points.
• Points are tracked automatically through our POS system.

Yes — points may expire if your account is inactive for 1 full year (no purchase made) or if there’s no phone number on file. In either case, your account may be unregistered, and all points will be voided.

Stay active and make sure your phone number is linked to keep your rewards!

If you are unable to access your account and you have already contacted the store you purchase from, it is likely that you will need to fill out an account recovery request.
