1) WHO CAN ENTER:

To enter the 2025 HIGH RIDE GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be, at the time of entry:

• A legal Michigan resident

• 21 years of age or older

• An active H.O.D. Clubhouse Rewards member (free to join at shophod.com/loyalty)

Participating brand purchases are required for automatic entry.
Eligible brands include (but are not limited to):
Jeeter, MKX, Pressure Pack, North Coast, Zootz, Top Smoke, and others (full list coming soon).

Not eligible: Employees of House of Dank, promotional partners, agencies, or affiliates, and their immediate household members.

2) SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Begins: August 29, 2025 at 12:01 AM (ET)
Ends: December 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET)

3) HOW TO ENTER:

a. In-Store Entry:

Spend $20+ (before tax) on participating brands at any H.O.D. location. Must be a Clubhouse member. Limit one entry per day.

b. Mail-In Entry (AMOE):

Mail a 3×5″ card with the following info:

• “2025 HighRide Giveaway Entry”

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Address (no P.O. boxes)

• Phone Number & Email

• Statement: “I agree to the Official Rules.”

4) PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value: $33,935

5) PRIZE DETAILS:

Vehicle color, trim, and options chosen at sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for all taxes, registration, insurance, licensing, and transportation costs. Prize awarded “as is” with any manufacturer warranty (if applicable). No substitutions or cash value. Vehicle must be claimed within 30 days of notice.

6) DRAWING & ODDS:

Random drawing held on or about December 5, 2025. Odds depend on number of eligible entries. Winner notified via email or phone (per Clubhouse profile).

7) WINNER CONFIRMATION:

Winner must:

1. Respond to notification within 48 hours

2. Complete and return required forms (Eligibility Affidavit, Publicity Release, IRS W-9)

Failure to respond will result in disqualification and alternate winner selection.

8) PUBLICITY:

Winner consents to the use of name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law).

9) RULES AGREEMENT:

By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor.

10) RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

Entrants release House of Dank and affiliated entities from liability for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation or prize use.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Sponsor is not responsible for errors, technical malfunctions, lost or misdirected entries, or other disruptions related to entry or prize fulfillment.

12) TAMPERING:

Any tampering or attempt to undermine the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

13) IDENTITY DISPUTES:

Entries will be tied to the authorized Clubhouse account holder. Proof of identity may be required.

14) SWEEPSTAKES MODIFICATION:

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for reasons including but not limited to force majeure or technical failure.

15) LEGAL JURISDICTION:

All disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Michigan. Participants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

16) RULES CONTROL:

These Official Rules govern all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Any conflicts with promotional materials are superseded by these rules.

17) PRIVACY:

Participant information will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with House of Dank’s Privacy Policy.
